Dear Clear Blue Skies,
You are the epitome of all we wish our lives to be, perfect days of perfect sunshine, with no clouds to mar the day.
But what would it be like if the ever changing sky became never changing. Every morning, noon and evening yet another clear blue sky?
There would be no clouds to grace our lives, to paint the sunset sky, to bring us life-giving rain, or to lay on the grass and watch them as they dance on by.
As beautiful as you are dear clear blue sky, your ephemeral beauty is what is the greatest of all.
And thus I have no desire to see a life with only clear blue skies. The clouds that may come into my life make for greater beauty and the storms and clouds are life giving to my growing spirit.
